Our team is led by Dr. Hunter-Monge, who is a human resource professional with over 20 years of responsible and progressive experience that includes executive-level management, strategic program management, training/employee development, succession planning, organizational development, and employee relations, among others. She joins us after overseeing the nationwide HRBP team for Instacart and leading the HR functions for a subsidiary of the same organization. Prior to that, she held positions as Director of HR for a Global Record Label and Retail Companies. In every HR role, she has provided strategic business partnering to the senior leadership team, as well as managing a group of HR professionals responsible for supporting the managers and their employees. During her career, she has managed and supported both large and smaller, complex, organizations with globally dispersed employees and staff.

Dr. Hunter-Monge is very active in youth mentorship programs, coaches Middle school and High school basketball teams and leads support initiatives for victims of severe inclement weather events. She has a PhD, an MBA, and two BSs with very diverse concentrations from Human Resources Management and Development to Marketing, Communications, and Labor Law. She is a proud UCF Knights Alumni and also holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
She has four children ranging from 15 to 30 years old and 3 grandbabies under the age of five!
